TASTING: Forbidden Foods // Traditions of the Land
Join us for a a deep dive into some of the more unconventional examples of traditional food production from real artisans. Taste rare cheese, wine and charcuterie made from a very human, multi-generational ability to transform the landscape into food. This is a wonderful evening to reconnect to traditional foodways of Ireland and Italy. Natural wine pairing with each dish is included, with the option for more.
